Print is tactile. You can hold the card, feel the material, and that is exactly what makes the channel so special. Naturally, you or your team may want to receive a copy too, whether for quality control or simply to experience the effect yourselves.
Until now, we often handled this for you at the last minute. From now on, you can decide yourself who should receive additional copies and how many.
How it works
-
Click “Settings”
-
Select “Add contacts to shipping list”

- Add contact, done

Tip) It is best to add several different contacts, for example your office and private address or addresses in different cities. Deutsche Post more often has delivery difficulties with office addresses and frequently delivers at different times across Germany. This gives you a realistic picture of when your mailing is actually delivered and a good sense of what has already happened.
Important to know
-
Contacts are added only when the contact country and mailing destination country match. Example: contact with an AT address + mailing to DE = no shipment. In that case, create a DE address.
-
PostPal automatically sends one copy of every mailing to Berlin and Munich for internal quality assurance.
Why should you add contacts?
-
Your own copy: see for yourself how material and finish feel.
-
Team motivation: a physical result in your hand creates more excitement than any statistic.
-
Delivery check: you immediately see when the card is actually in the mailbox, in case postal delivery takes longer than E+4.
-
Positive reminder: print often has around 10 days of lead time. Once the card arrives, you are reminded of the campaign directly.
