Mailing states

Mailing states make the path of your mailing transparent. A PostPal mailing passes through quality assurance, printing, handover to Deutsche Post, delivery and completion. Depending on the state, you can see whether an action is still needed or whether the mailing is already in transit or delivered.

The mailing state shows where a mailing currently stands.

Typical steps:

  • In review - PostPal checks data, design and personalization.
  • Printing - the cards are being printed.
  • Sending - the mailing has been handed over to Deutsche Post.
  • In delivery - the cards are being delivered regionally.
  • Delivered - the shipping process is complete.

Use the state to understand whether you still need to approve something or whether the mailing is already operationally underway.
