User management & roles
In PostPal, your team works in the same account. You invite users by email and assign them a role: owner, admin or manager. The role determines which areas and actions someone can use. Roles apply per account membership, so the same person can have different roles in different accounts.

How to add someone:
- Invite the person by email in user management and choose a role.
- They receive an invitation link and join the account after accepting.
- You can change roles at any time or remove members again.
