User management & roles

In PostPal, your team works in the same account. You invite users by email and assign them a role: owner, admin or manager. The role determines which areas and actions someone can use. Roles apply per account membership, so the same person can have different roles in different accounts.

Roles:

  • Owner - full control over account, billing and team.
  • Admin - manages content and settings.
  • Manager - works operationally with segments, designs and campaigns.

How to add someone:

  1. Invite the person by email in user management and choose a role.
  2. They receive an invitation link and join the account after accepting.
  3. You can change roles at any time or remove members again.
