Account switching

PostPal users are global: one login can belong to multiple accounts. Account switching changes the active workspace without requiring a new login. All content and permissions then follow the currently active account and your role in that account.

Because PostPal users are global, the same login can belong to multiple accounts. With account switching, you change the active workspace without signing in again.

How it works:

  1. Choose the account you want in the account switcher.
  2. PostPal confirms the switch and loads the new workspace.
  3. All content (segments, designs, vouchers, campaigns) and your permissions now follow that account.

Your role is assigned per membership - you can be an owner in one account and a manager in another. A membership is either active or removed.
