Segment

A segment defines who receives your postcard. In PostPal, a segment comes from one of two sources: a connected Klaviyo account or a CSV import. For sending, the minimum shipment quantity is 500 recipients. The segment provides the address data; design, voucher and runtime are defined in the campaign.

A segment is the recipient audience for a campaign. It defines who receives your postcard and provides the address data for delivery.

Segment sources in PostPal:

  • Klaviyo - a segment from your connected Klaviyo account.
  • CSV - an address list you uploaded yourself.

Shopify is not a segment source; it is the voucher and discount integration.

For sending, the minimum shipment quantity of 500 recipients applies. The segment only provides addresses. You define design, voucher and runtime later in the campaign. Optionally, you can cap the size of a mailing with the maximum shipment quantity.
