Flow status
An API flow is either active or paused. Active flows can process incoming entries during the trigger window and turn them into mailings. Paused flows keep their configuration but do not create new mailings until you activate them again.
The flow status shows whether an API flow is currently processing.
Active means the flow can collect entries during the trigger window and create mailings from them.
Paused means the configuration remains in place, but the flow does not create new mailings until you activate it again.
Use pause when you want to temporarily stop an integration without recreating the flow later.
